In order to provide you best possible service and deliver our product to you, we gather basic information from our webstore and social media pages and email communications.

We value you and your privacy, and it should be needless to say that your information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to 3rd parties for their needs (excluding order delivery information).

We may transfer the data to the 3rd party tools we are using to help us to produce the service and products for you as well as when communicating with you via the platform you have chosen to contact us. These tools and platforms are listed later below. We use the basic web analytics tool to monitor our website and social media profiles but do now use it for profiling people.

We do not collect your personal information unless you give your permission to us. You have always right to see and erase your personal information from the customer register by emailing us np@northperformance.com.

• We gather anonymized information when you browse our web content for the purpose of better understanding how visitors use our website

In order to provide you best possible service and products that suit your needs, it helps us to know a few details about you, with your consent of course. Otherwise, it would be hard to provide the help (services and products) you requested or know which areas of topics you are interested to learn more about. So, the main purpose of this register is to act as a customer, communications register. Yes. this same registry may include some also marketing communications if you have allowed us to send such information to you.

The necessary personal data in the register may be handled for

• Delivering the service or product to you.

• Information distribution, communications and general follow up of the of the contact or conversation with you.
• Developing the services and communications by monitoring the website usage (Non-Personally-Identifying Information)

Your information will be handled by the North Performance Oy staff (us three store owners), who need your information to deliver the services and products for you. We use Ecwid webstore platform (Webshop purchases) and Google Cloud tools (Custom order emails and specification listing) to run our webstore. What data do we handle and why

Long story short, we gather basic non-personally identifying information from our web and social media pages. We also gather basic contact and interest information from contacts and email communications in order to provide the best possible service for you.

Contact information contains basic information submitted to us when requesting content or contact including offers, products, and services. We process this information in our Webstore CRM

We also track webstore Visitor information. This may or may not be linked to the contact information. In general, we collect information, so that we can provide you with the best possible visitor experience and personalized service. We also may send notification emails to you about the status updates of your webstore purchases or products that you have listed in your shopping cart but didn’t purchase.

From time to time, we may run surveys and aggregate data for profiling intended to target marketing measures and for internal reporting purposes. For instance, we may use the forms on our site to ask for information such as your name, and email address plus additional information such as interests and plans for future purchases.

• Google Workspace - For personal email and meeting communications with you when you have given your consent.

By using our site and social media pages we can use your anonymized information - we do not identify you.

When you follow, subscribe, sign up, register for our content or services, or order from us you agree with this privacy policy. For example, by following our social media account we get information related to you. At this point, we basically know at least your nickname and get notifications to our social media account.
